Flox comes with hands-off offline support. But what does that even mean?
Offline support is actually quite a biggy when it comes to mobile gaming: Many a device has to work with a wonky internet connection. People play in cars, on trains and in the subway. More often than not they are only barely online - especially when you need them to be.
We’ve put great effort in making the Flox SDKs support these outages: Flox allows you to queue and cache any operation and interaction with its servers. It handles problematic offline times gracefully by waiting for devices to come online again and executing these queued operations just then.
That way it is possible to design games that work absolutely seamless - regardless of their network status.
