QuickHelp working, new Sparrow-powered Games
Daniel Sperl on January 30, 2011Xcode QuickHelp
I just wanted to inform you that the Xcode integration of the Sparrow API reference is now working properly. You just need to update the documentation from its public feed in Xcode.
To do so, open up the Xcode preferences and enter the “Documentation”-tab. If you have not already installed the documentation, add the following publisher:
http://doc.sparrow-framework.org/core/feed/docset.atom
If you have already done that, it’s even easier: you just have to click on the button labeled “Check and Install Now”.
That’s it. From this moment forward, you can get information about Sparrow classes and methods with the following shortcuts:
- Option double-click on symbol: Open QuickHelp window
- Command Option double-click on symbol: Open complete reference page
Thanks to Tom, the creator of AppleDoc, for making this possible!
New Sparrow games
A few days ago, I updated the In Action page, adding several great new apps:
- Naughty Pony
- Hairy Letters
- Lamb’s Jumps
- Taxi Maxi
- Clock apps
Check them out! And don’t forget to tell me about any new apps or games you have created via the “Announcement” section of the forum. I’m looking forward to see you pushing Sparrow to the limits!
